The Essex County P.B.A. Conference is a coalition of 21 Locals of the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association. The elected officers of these Locals work in concert to better protect the rights and working conditions of the men and women in Law Enforcement who serve citizens of Essex County, New Jersey. By networking through the County Conference, our members are better served by the collective experience and knowledge available. The County Conference also rises to the fore in times of tragic loss of family members or when a Police Officer makes the Ultimate Sacrifice in the performance of his or her duties.
